What I provide: personalised individual therapy

To who: adults in Victoria

Where: face-to-face in the leafy surrounds of Elsternwick and/or via telehealth

 

When: Wednesdays, including sessions out of business hours

Approach

I am person-centred which means that you are at the centre of therapy. I seek to understand your story, work at your pace, and set goals together that work for you. I utilise my training and understanding of psychological theory, research, therapeutic approaches and strategies to help you achieve these goals. I also regularly check in to ensure that we continue to head in the right direction.
